CANCELLATION POLICY:  Any appointment not cancelled before 24 hours of appointment date and time is subject to a 50% of services fee.  If you do not call to cancel by the end of the business day the day before, it's considered same day. Any no call/no show same day appointment is subject to 100% cancellation fee.  You will not be able to book another appointment until it is prepaid if there is no card on file.  Any client that continually cancels last minute will not be rebooked.
